Please note: We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours but we receive a large volume of emails so please be patient if you don't get an immediate response.

Your Privacy
We do not sell our customer's emails or addresses to anyone. You can order with complete assurance that you will not receive any junk mail or phone calls from us or any other sources. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Animal Testing
We are a proud member of PETA and absolutely against any cruelty to animals. All our products are cruelty free and we do not collaborate with or stock any products from manufacturers who carry out animal testing of any kind.

Our Standards
Most of our products have a very long shelf life, however, this is only when they are stored in dry conditions at an ambient room temperature out of direct sunlight. The temperature/humidity of our storage facilities is strictly controlled to ensure that all of our ingredients maintain their purity and quality so that you receive our products in perfect condition. The shelf life periods quoted on our products are only valid if you continue to store them under the recommended conditions.

Payment Methods
You can checkout using your PayPal account or you can check out as a guest of PayPal using any credit card supported by PayPal's service. 

For retail orders we do not accept Bank Transfers, Money Orders, Cheques or any other forms of payment other than those available in our online checkout. 

For products ordered from our Wholesale Price List we only accept payment by bank transfer.

We do not ship orders COD. 

We do not offer credit terms.

Minimum Order Quantity
We do not have a minimum order but please be aware that the postage and packing on a very small order may be disproportionately high compared to the value of the goods you order.

Credit Card Information
We do not hold any credit card details and our entire checkout process for credit card payments is handled PayPal.

Shipping and Handling Policy
For retail orders please allow up to 3 working days for our warehouse to process your order. 

For wholesale orders please refer to your Proforma Invoice for the lead time.

Please Note: Once an order has been placed and has gone through checkout, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone at any time for any reason. 
We are closed on weekends and holidays and do not ship during these times.
Please do not count these days towards your total shipping time.

Incorrect Account Details
*Address & Email: Please take some time to carefully enter your complete shipping address and to make sure that your email is valid when making an order. An incorrect email address means that you will not receive any automated notifications relating to your order nor will we be able to contact you should there be a problem.

We respond to all emails within 2 working days. If you are contacting us about your order or you have a general enquiry and you do not receive a reply from us within this time period, then we are probably in your spam box. This frequently happens particularly with spam filters such as Spam Assasin. If we can not contact you due to spam filters or an incorrect email address and your enquiry is regarding your order then we will automatically refund you and request that you remake your order. 

*Telephone Number: All courier services require a telephone number, please make sure your number is entered correctly so the courier can contact you should they not be able to deliver.

*Tracking & Delivery: Our Dispatch Department will send you the tracking number for your parcel, please follow it as the tracking information will inform you when your parcel is out for delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is at your shipping address to receive and sign for your parcel. Should our carrier be unable to deliver your parcel because nobody was at your shipping address to sign for it they will leave a note and your parcel will then be delivered to one of their parcel shops from where you will need to collect it. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel within 10 days because if you do not collect your parcel from their parcel shop then it will be returned to us. We will be charged for this return by our carrier and you will receive a refund for the full value of your order but not for the shipping cost.

Additional Postal Fees 
If you are having a package shipped to your place of business/work, please be sure to list the company name in the Delivery Address Info so that we can ship to you personally in care of your company/business. We can only ship to the address we are given. If we ship to the address you list and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if this is as a result of an error you made when entering your address information or you have been unable to sign for the package for any reason. Any refused/unsigned for shipments will be billed the shipping charges.

Damaged Packages 
We package orders very securely and all items leave our warehouse in excellent condition. However, if you receive a package which as been damaged in transit you must inform us within 24 hours. You must save your original packaging materials as we will require proof of damage in order to make a claim against the carrier and the carrier may request photos.

Return Policy 
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns of any items. Once a package has left our warehouse we can no longer vouch for the integrity of the products. If your package is returned to us unopened and in good condition because it was not delivered for any reason we will refund you for your order less the shipping charge. 

Due to the ever changing nature of our product line, we do not maintain a printed catalogue. All in stock items are listed online. 

The Right to remove material uploaded or posted to our website
By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with us you have granted us the right to use your contributions in good faith and in keeping with the U-Makeitup website (including removing any contribution should this be necessary). In order that we can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any EU laws and that you have given us permission to use it for the purposes specified above.
