When making a matte eyeshadow, add Purple Interference to an eyeshadow base along with a similar base colour e.g., Manganese Violet ,to create a highlight effect. A subtle two tone effect can be created by adding it to an entirely different colour. Experiment with Interference Pigments to find out exactly which base colours you think brings out the best in them. Amazing in lipsticks and nail polish where they really do come into their own!

I've used all the inteference pigments over Shellac and other Gel Polishes, they look gorgeous. They aren't overpowering so as to hide the original colour but add an amazing hue to make a unique colour.

Love interference colours and have used them in my formulations for a long time. You do need to experiment a bit with which colours they look best in, some colours need more than others, but when you get the right colour they give a very pretty effect.
