 Our Carriers

All orders are now being shipped only via UPS Standard Service unless otherwise specified. We strive to offer the best flat rate shipping prices available which may mean you could receive your order packed in more than one carton. We reserve the right to choose packaging, carton sizes and quantities.

Amending An Existing Order

Once you place an order, it cannot be changed and we can not add items to your order or combine several orders together. You can however request a free cancellation of your order providing it has not already been processed or shipped. This leaves you free to make a new order and add any additional items that you may wish to.

Processing Time For Orders

Please allow up to 3 working days for our warehouse to process your order. We are closed on weekends and holidays and do not ship during these times so please do not include these periods in the processing time required for your order.

Tracking Number

You will receive an email from UPS with your shipment tracking number(s) as soon as your package is shipped, this email will also give you an estimated delivery date. 

*PLEASE ENSURE THE SHIPPING DETAILS ON YOUR ACCOUNT ARE CORRECT INCLUDING EMAIL AND CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER. IF SOME OF YOUR DETAILS ARE NOT CORRECT YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE REGULAR UPDATES RELATING TO YOUR ORDER. FURTHERMORE IF UPS EXPERIENCE ANY DELIVERY PROBLEMS DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS THEY WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOU AND IF YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS NOT CORRECT THIS WILL CAUSE DELAYS IN DELIVERING YOUR PARCEL. 

Shipping Address

Your parcel can only be delivered to the shipping address that you have registered on your account and can not be left elsewhere as a signature is required on delivery. Should UPS be unable to deliver your parcel because nobody was at your shipping address to sign for it and they are unable to make contact with you then your parcel will then be delivered to the nearest UPS access point from where you will need to collect it. Please track your parcel so you are aware when it is likely to be out for delivery. If you do not collect your parcel from the UPS access point within a certain period it will be returned to us. You will be refunded for the full value of the goods but not any shipping cost that you paid as UPS will charge us for the return of your parcel.

Please note: The indicated transit times above are calculated from the date your order is dispatched not from the date you placed your order. These transit times do not allow for delays due to exceptions such as bad weather, road accidents, high volume during peak holiday seasons such as Easter and Christmas.... If you need your package to arrive by a certain date, please be aware of our order processing times/shipping times and remember to order well in advance especially during holiday seasons. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by any exceptions as these are totally out of our control. 

If your shipping address is in an EU country that requires customs clearance please contact our Dispatch Department (dispatch@u-makeitup.com) who will quote you the shipping cost of your order.

 International Orders Outside The EU Zone

We do not ship retail orders to anywhere outside the EU zone but we do ship international orders to registered wholesale customers.
