We only ship via courier and depending on your location you will receive your order via Parcel Force, TNT or GLS.
Your parcel can only be delivered to the shipping address that you have registered on your account and can not be left elsewhere as a signature is required on delivery. Should our carrier be unable to deliver your parcel because nobody was at your shipping address to sign for it, they will make a second attempt. Please track your parcel so you are aware when it is likely to be out for delivery. If the second delivery attempt also fails then, depending on the carrier, they will leave you a note or contact you by telephone. If they are unsuccessful in contacting you then your parcel will be delivered to one of their parcel shops from where you will need to collect it. Our carrier will always do their best and make every effort to ensure that you receive your parcel. However if they are unsuccessful in making contact with you and you do not collect your parcel from their parcel shop within two weeks then it will be returned to us.
Please allow up to 3 working days for our warehouse to process your order as the warehouse is closed on weekends. When your order has been shipped, our Dispatch Department will alert you by email and the following day you will receive your tracking number.
Please be sure to track your parcel so that you are aware when it is likely to arrive. At times you may find that the carriers tracking system does not update correctly, generally this is due to a malfunction in their system and doesn't necessarily mean that your parcel is not on the move. However, if you are at all concerned about your tracking, please do not hesitate to email our Dispatch Department who will contact our carriers to find out if there are any exceptions with your parcel.

All above transit times do not allow for delays due to exceptions such as bad weather, road accidents, high volume during peak holiday seasons such as Easter and Christmas.... If you need your package to arrive by a certain date, please remember to order well in advance of holiday seasons. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by any exceptions as these are totally out of our control.
